Invitation to crafters/venors
Hello Crafters!
Faith United Church of Christ, located at 8651 Boston State Road in Boston, NY is hosting a Craft Show on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, 2026, and we are looking for crafters and vendors to join us.
Set up will be Friday starting at 3:00 p.m. The sale will be from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Cost to participate is $25.00 and includes one 8’ table and (2) chairs. Deadline for applications is October 1, 2026.
We will also be selling hot dogs, water, etc. on Saturday along with pumpkins outside.

Church Fellowship Groups
Women's Support Group
The Women’s group works on various mission, program, worship, study and informal fun projects, and enjoys fellowship with one another. Women of all ages are invited. They meet approximately once a month from September to May.
Men’s Group
The Men’s group meets approximately once a month on Saturday morning for coffee and donuts, and often works on maintenance and upkeep projects around the church.
Outdoor Ministries
Dunkirk Conference Center, a camp and conference center of the United Church of Christ overlooking Lake Erie, offers summer camps for all ages and special interest workshops. Pick up a brochure at the Faith Alive Activity Board near the sanctuary or visit www.dunkirkcc.com
Youth Group
The Youth Group for young people in grades 7-12 is currently inactive. In the past youth have participated in fellowship and service to the church and community.

The Trustees will be available in the Senior High Room following worship today and next Sunday to hear any suggestions or concerns regarding the budget for 2027.

During the last week of September, the Church office will be closed on Monday, September 28th, and Tuesday, September 29th. The Church office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30th, through Friday, October 2nd.

The mission team, in conjunction with CIA (Churches in Action) will be having the Undie Sunday collection during the month of September. We will be collecting NEW socks, underwear, bras, and diapers. Donations for any size or age are welcome.

BBQ Pulled Pork Dinner will be held on Saturday, September 26th 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or until sold out. Tickets are available for pre-sale or at the event for $15.00. Please see Kevin Biddle or Karen Winter.

Calling all craft show vendors and volunteers. Please see Church bulletin board for a vendor table sheet and/or sign-up sheet to volunteer to help on October 16th and October 17th.

Intro to Meditation: Peace classes begin October 12th and will continue through November 16th on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. See bulletin board outside Church office.

There will be a Congregational meeting following worship on Sunday, October 18th for the purpose of voting on the 2027 church budget. Please plan to attend this important meeting.

Looking for volunteers to assist during service with the slide presentation on the screens and online streaming.
